You can then dress again, go back to work, or just get on with your day. You will notice your beautiful golden tan immediately but it will develop to an even deeper shade over the next 6 hours. You must not shower, bathe or carry out any vigorous exercise within the six hour development time. After 8-10 hours, the colour will have fully developed so if you can wait until this time has passed before you shower, the tan will be at its deepest shade.
